How does Outlook Work?

Lynq organizes your inbox using Outlook Folders. Emails are automatically sorted emails into folders like FYI, To Respond, and more for easy navigation.
Emails that require your attention remain in your Inbox, with a drafted response from Lynq that you can review and edit before sending.
When someone requests your availability, Lynq suggests available time slots to streamline scheduling.
The default working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, which you can adjust on the Configuration Page.
Once you confirm a meeting, Lynq provides a one-click confirmation button to finalize the event.
By default, meetings include a Microsoft Teams link, but Lynq does not assign physical locations unless explicitly mentioned in the email. You can modify meeting details directly in Outlook Calendar.
