Lynq understands your calendar and working hours.
When scheduling meetings, it suggests three available time slots across three different days.
For example:
Currently you cannot configure the number of slots that are available.
If someone requests a same-day meeting (e.g., “Are you free this afternoon?”), Lynq will try to find availability. It will always include a 15-minute buffer between the requested time and any other meetings or your current time.
By default, meetings scheduled by Lynq are 30 minutes unless a different duration is explicitly mentioned in the email thread.
You can add your booking link (Calendly, Cal.com, HubSpot) on the Configure Page. When enabled, Lynq will reference your link in drafted emails instead of the default email agent.
If your colleagues also use Lynq and are CC’d on correspondence, Lynq will check everyone’s calendars and working hours to find a suitable time.
You can invite team members to Lynq by sharing your referral link.
Yes! If the location is mentioned in the email thread, Lynq will identify it and include it in the Google Calendar or Outlook event details.
